The Role

This role will be responsible for managing and leading all facets of the HR function within the company. The Director of Human Resources will play a key role in developing and implementing human capital initiatives to attract and retain top talent, further solidifying the organization’s reputation as an employer of choice in the market. This position will be based in Detroit, Michigan, with occasional statewide travel to various locations as necessary.  

The Individual

The ideal candidate for this role should possess a strong track record of effectively supporting a sizable hourly distributed workforce, preferably within the hospitality, retail, or restaurant sectors. Experience in managing a small team is essential. The candidate should demonstrate strategic acumen and collaboration with executive leadership, while also being hands-on and willing to dive into the day-to-day operational tasks in a fast paced environment.
