The Role

The Global Head of Performance and Sales Incentives will be part of a collaborative and dynamic Performance & Reward team, reporting directly to the VP, Performance and Sales Incentives. It will lead a small team. This is a global role and will act as a reward partner to businesses to ensure the successful deployment of all performance policies, while also representing local business needs in global policies.  

The Individual

The position requires the candidate to either be located in Denmark or willing to relocate. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in performance management, preferably from a talent or rewards background. However, they should also possess a strong understanding of compensation and benefits. The candidate must have excellent analytical skills and financial acumen. In addition, they should have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and have experience in managing global projects related to people performance management. Experience as a skilled people leader is also required, and experience in sales incentives would be considered an advantage.
