With a workforce that spans across various countries, this company boasts a diverse and dynamic team that is well-equipped to meet the needs of customers around the world. They are currently looking for an experienced HR professional to serve as a strategic business partner, in order to strengthen the HR team and build a high-performance organisation.

The Role

This role requires ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations, promoting company culture and values, and leading talent planning and development for the Division GM and leadership team. The responsibilities also include providing HR support to key talents and the leadership team, building a motivated HR team, and performing other related duties as assigned.  

The Individual

Our client is looking for an HR manager with at least 15 years of experience in a multinational corporation, preferably in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and organiszational skills, along with the ability to work at strategic, operational, and tactical levels, while also being able to handle high-pressure situations.
