Our client is an international insurance company with presence in Europe. The company is part of highly recognized financial institutions within the Tokyo market and is very stable, currently employing around 250 people.
As Head of HR, you will be responsible for creating and developing key stakeholder management with Japan and regional business leaders. The role will incorporate the design and development of key HR strategies around change and transformation. The role will align all global and local initiatives for the business and drive people and culture projects to enhance change. The role will be key to providing solutions and creating a foundation in the areas of OD and OE.
The ideal individual will be an HR leader with experience in leading change and people management across large teams. You will have project management skills and 10+ years of experience in Human Resources. You will be highly experienced in people, culture and change effectiveness. You will have influencing skills, be proactive and someone who holds a seat at the table. You will have a strong track record of coaching, mentoring and developing others.
