The Role

Based in Sydney, the HR Director ANZ will lead the HR function, balancing HR strategy and operational delivery. Leading an HR team, this position will use honed communication skills to coach leaders on strategic people initiatives. Co-creating HR strategies and initiatives that set the direction for the business, this HR leadership role will execute transformation through process, culture and behaviour. With a focus on continuous improvement, this critical role will build the functions’ HR business partnering capability, strengthening relationships across the organisation.  

The Individual

We are looking for an HR leader with robust HR Business Partnering experience. With a combination of leadership and business partnering skills, the successful person must balance strategic thinking and hands-on delivery. With the ability to forge relationships at all levels, the person must be able to coach leaders within a complex matrixed environment. Commercial acumen, honed emotional intelligence and the ability to engage with a broad range of stakeholders is essential.
