ChapmanCG are once again partnering with this multinational consumer retail organisation with a truly international footprint across all global markets. The company is in deep transformation mode, driving change through a challenger approach, and carving out its own distinctive role in a fast-changing and dynamic sector. Crucial to its future success is the Global Supply Chain function and we have several key leadership opportunities, ideally based in the UK.
The Role
The Heads of People & Culture for Global Supply Chain will be influential and pivotal members of the respective leadership and operations teams, responsible for delivering the strategic P&C goals and people agenda across all factories in each region. The roles will report to the Head of Global Supply Chain P&C and partner closely with a highly respected and experienced Global Head of Supply Chain. The scope will be international and split between more developed and emerging locations, depending on which role. Cultural change, succession planning and talent, performance coaching, DE&I, building capability, digital and data will all be high on the agenda.
The Individual
To be successful, these leaders will have significant HR/P&C leadership experience with a proven track record of developing and implementing innovative people management solutions at an operational, tactical and strategic level. A track record of success in progressive, best in class supply chain functions and a proven strategic and commercial mindset will be required, in addition to strong change and project management skillsets. Finally, they should be resilient, empathetic with a high ambiguity tolerance and a very good relationship builder.
