This market leading multinational is going through an exciting transformation and bringing a more branded and innovative approach to its business model. As a result, they are looking for a seasoned HRD to lead the team that run their European operations.
Based in the North Rhine-Westphalia area, this role is a member of the European Leadership team and will focus on driving the organization and HR strategy through influencing, whilst taking a commercial and pragmatic approach. While there is a definite need for an experienced HR Business Partner, there is also some expertise in Talent and Organizational Development required. It will be both an operational yet strategic role for a large population, working in a fast-moving and complex environment.
We’re looking for an internationally-minded, commercial and results-driven senior HR leader with proven success in a matrixed multinational FMCG or manufacturing environment. You will need a solid understanding of European labor laws, workers council requirements etc, as well as fluency in German. You should be able to operate in a fluid yet consistent manner, gaining quick wins and building credibility across the various stakeholders from the start. Proven ability in talent strategy and strong business partnering skills are needed to be successful in this role.
