The Company
We are pleased to be partnering with an established FMCG group, searching for a Regional Total Rewards Lead to look after varying brands within South East Asia. A European conglomerate with a global presence, this company is a world leader with high sustainable growth across the world.
The Role
Based in Singapore, the Regional Total Rewards Lead is a CoE leadership role where you will champion the rewards and HR operations strategy for various brands of varying complexities. Both strategic and operational, this role will essentially shape, lead, and oversee the effective implementation of the annual strategic Total Rewards Plan. The role will be a strategic partner, subject matter expert, and the go-to-person for all total rewards matters (including but not limited to compensation and benefits, budget and forecast, guidance and solution, as well as retail incentive scheme review). The Total Rewards Lead must also lead HR operations work such as payroll review and HRIS management.
The Individual
We are looking for an experienced Total Rewards leader with a proven track record of effectively partnering with senior leaders. The successful candidate must demonstrate experience partnering with businesses during a period of transformation or growth, at the same time showing their ability to adapt and be agile enough to work across multiple business portfolios all with varying degrees of complexities They should also be willing to roll up the sleeves to drive operational matters on the ground. Strong communications and influencing skills are essential.
