This is a great regional HR leadership role for an up and coming HR leader. A great opportunity to influence senior leaders and shape business strategy. You will have exposure to senior leadership populations and solid opportunities to make an impact at this level and the chance to design and shape the talent strategy, as well as execute.
As a growing HR function the role will require a hands-on approach. Not supporting a huge client group, but still several complex challenges. You must be comfortable working autonomously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Standards and expectations are high, so this is not a good role for someone who does not like to be challenged and stretched.
