The company is a top tier brand, and they are seeking an accomplished Talent Attraction Lead to manage hiring across APAC. The role is based in Sydney, Australia or Singapore.

The Role

Reporting to the VP Human Resources APAC and as a member of the global talent attraction team, the TA Lead APAC will partner closely with external search firms and agencies to provide high-touch, “white glove” recruitment service to senior internal stakeholders and secure outstanding talent for the firm. The position will be required to recruit roles in China, Australia, Singapore, Japan and Korea. Due to the highly specialised nature of the roles and the locations, 80% of searches will be handled by agencies. The TA Lead APAC will directly manage and deliver around 20% of the roles. The role will require being a trusted advisor and partner working closely with senior stakeholders, and building outstanding partnering relationships with external search firms and agencies. This role has one direct report providing recruitment and scheduling support.

The Individual

To be considered for the role, you must have Inhouse talent acquisition experience working with senior stakeholders on a variety of senior, mid-level and junior roles, taking a high-touch “white glove” approach. Excellent English language skills plus strong proficiency in at least one of Mandarin, Japanese or Korean are essential as well as a desire to work as part of a global talent attraction team. Experience in Financial services, investment banking or private equity firm would be highly regarded.
