Our client is a major European MNC in the health and nutrition space, with an existing APAC footprint and continued growth trajectory across the region. This role is based in the Singapore APAC HQ.
As a strategic partner, this HRBP will align business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. You will serve as a consultant to leadership on HR related issues and serve as the champion and change agent in addition to assessing and anticipating future HR related needs. In addition to providing strategic support, this role will also tactically support the areas of talent acquisition/development/management, organizational planning and design, improving manager effectiveness, change management, and creating and sustaining a diverse and innovative culture that drives employee engagement and business success. You will report to the Vice President HR and support the local Leadership team, and an additional 200-300 employees across Asia Pacific.
Extensive experience as a business partner in the APAC region, having worked in close partnership with senior business leaders within highly commercial matrix organisations, will be required. This individual will need to act as a post-acquisition change agent, ensuring the successful integration of newly acquired entities across the region. You will need to be self-directed, able to use initiative, identify and anticipate client needs and make recommendations for implementation. The role will need the ability to demonstrate people management skills in an ethical and respectful environment while motivating and developing team members across the region.
