We are representing a major German capital market institution with a strong international market position and ambitious growth and transformation plans.

The Role

The future Lead HR Operations will play a significant role in driving changes for a wide range of people operations topics. They will be responsible for managing and transforming HR operations to ensure that the HR processes are modernised and functioning seamlessly. Additionally, they will ensure compliance with industry regulations and align HR strategies with the business’s objectives.  

The Individual

This role suits an experienced HR professional with a proven HR leadership and business partnering track record. Ideal candidates have experience in HR transformation, including digitisation of processes and knowledge of financial services and capital markets. Key competencies include a conceptual and pragmatic mindset, strong project management skills, excellent shareholder management and communication abilities, analytical skills, and proficiency in HR technology and data analytics. We are looking for individuals who can lead and manage HR projects from conception to completion, drive HR strategies based on data and contribute to the success of this organisation.
