This role suits an experienced HR professional with a proven HR leadership and business partnering track record. Ideal candidates have experience in HR transformation, including digitisation of processes and knowledge of financial services and capital markets. Key competencies include a conceptual and pragmatic mindset, strong project management skills, excellent shareholder management and communication abilities, analytical skills, and proficiency in HR technology and data analytics.
