We are working with a leading consumer goods company with a strong focus on providing high-quality products and services to its customers. The company has a large footprint in the industry, and customers are at the centre of everything they do.

The Role

Based in Hong Kong and reporting to the Regional Head of HR, the Regional Head of Total Rewards will play a critical role in leading the development and execution of total rewards strategies across the region. The role will be responsible for providing strategic support to senior management to ensure the effective delivery of total rewards programs, including compensation, sales incentives, benchmarking, market data and recognition. The successful individual will work collaboratively with other HR leaders to ensure that the total rewards programs align with the company’s overall strategic goals.  

The Individual

The ideal individual should have extensive experience in total rewards management, ideally in a large consumer goods B2C company. They will have a deep understanding of compensation and benefit structures, and experience leading the development and execution of total rewards programs. The individual must have a strong strategic mindset, excellent communication and leadership skills. They should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and thrive under pressure.
