A leading banking institution with a global footprint and, one of the largest and most stable financial institutions in the world is now seeking for an accomplished HR leader to contribute to the strategic growth and development of its company.

The Role

As the Head of HR, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the HR landscape and reporting to the Chief HR Officer in Asia. You will oversee a team of 16 HR professionals and collaborate with senior business leaders focusing on strategic planning and governance, as well as provide counsel to the executive management team on HR matters and ensure an effective organisation structure is in place. In addition, you will provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to employees in alignment with the vision, values, and company’s corporate strategies.

The ideal candidate for this role should bring a wealth of experience, credibility, and deep functional expertise in the banking and finance sector. A substantial amount of industry experience will enable you to navigate the complexities of HR in this context. Together with your comprehensive knowledge of HR disciplines, you will possess a keen understanding of the broader HR framework and planning. Your meticulous attention to detail and leadership skills will be key to this role.
