The Role

A strategic HR Business Partner role to support the regional CEO and leadership team, the Head of Human Resources, Asia has the overall responsibility to the HR/people agenda leading the Asia strategy design and execution, from a leadership and workforce planning perspective to realise the massive growth opportunities for the portfolio.  

The Individual

Due to current and future growth plans, experience in pre and post M&A activities will be highly valued, along with a proven track record of integration, business transformation, change, performance, and everything OD and talent related. The culture and character of the individual is also key, being able to demonstrate their positive attitude and being prepared to take a hands-on approach.
