Our client is a well known technology player, with a host of global functions based in Seoul, Korea. The company is young and enterprising, and has grown massively in the past few years. They are now further refining their Talent Acquisition function in Seoul and looking to recruit a Head of Talent Acquisition position.
Reporting to the Group Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be working alongside the Global Head of Talent Acquisition and will look after the Korea recruitment function, which has around 100 people in the team. With 11 direct reports, you will be a member of the Talent Acquisition Leadership team and provide strategic direction and leadership to the talent acquisition team.
The successful candidate will be a progressive and innovative thinker and a non-traditional staffing leader with experience in strategic planning and global talent markets. You will need an innovative approach to building an effective talent acquisition function that delivers high quality candidates with a world class candidate experience. You should be metrics driven, building a culture of accountability and a strong sense of performance outcomes.
