The Role

The Global Head of Executive Compensation leads the executive compensation unit by managing a small team of three directly, and influencing the larger global community across the business, the regions, in HR and the broader rewards network. Reporting into the Global Head of Rewards, additional critical stakeholders will be the People Committee members, including the CPO and other key leaders globally. The Global Head of Executive Compensation will need to work closely with the People Committee, which is broader than the typical Remuneration Committee, adding flavor, further exposure and of course challenge. This role could be based anywhere in the European time zone, ideally in the UK or the Nordics but with flexibility.  

The Individual

We are looking for an Executive Compensation expert with experience from highly matrixed, large businesses. You could be an expert in Executive Compensation now or have been an expert in this field in the past with broader rewards experience. Essential is the passion and the desire to be in Executive Compensation.
