Our client is a European IT solutions organisation that powers the processes behind commercial travel experience. They are responsible for the end-to-end IT experience in most major airlines, airports, travel companies, and travel websites. They are roughly 15,000 members globally and their products and services reach over 200 countries.
As the People & Culture leader in charge of the day-to-day HR operations at the Japan office in Tokyo, with accountability for approximately 100 employees from diverse business units – you will participate, implement and support HR programs in Japan and ensure alignment with Corporate HR guidelines, the APAC talent agenda, and ensure overall market competitiveness through partnering with the business leaders in Japan to execute strategic initiatives.
A successful individual for this role will need to have at least 5+ years as an HR generalist, or 10+ years as either a TA or C&B functional specialist. Advanced English is required as this individual will be involved in regional and global run HR projects. This individual must be highly autonomous and willing to work with minimal supervision.
