The Company

This company is part of a wider international group within the education sector. The organisation has a strong history of growth and is looking to continue this by tripling the business in the coming years. Thanks to this growth and recent investment, they have created a new HR Director role for France to manage the region.

The Role

Based in Paris, this is a unique opportunity to create the HR strategy from scratch for the second largest region within the Group. As HR Director France, you will contribute to formulation of the group business strategy and achievement of wider group goals for this population of approximately 400 employees. This role is responsible for driving the HR strategy, creating best practices and centralising HR processes across the country. It will be a broad HR generalist role, involved in creating both strategic and operational best practices including but not limited to recruitment, talent development, succession planning and compensation.  

The Individual

We are looking for a strong HR Generalist with experience working for multinational companies with several years of leadership experience. A background in the education sector is beneficial but not essential. You have a proven track record in developing a culture of talent and best practice to enhance employee engagement and a positive work environment. Due to the nature of the population, interaction at Group level and the ability to understand local law requirements, bilingual French and English is essential.
