We are delighted to be working with a global organisation in the healthcare sector. They are one of the top players in the market with operations in all the regions across the world.
Based in Singapore, this role is responsible for managing projects across International with a geographical scope comprising more than 120 countries. The organisation is going through huge transformation and building from a relatively decentralised foundation. You will help with the design, development, and delivery of a robust plan to transition the HR globalisation journey across International by partnering with HRBPs across different regions. You will provide leadership throughout the transition and will be accountable for the overall management of the transition plan.
We are looking for a high-impact individual with the skills and determination to drive all people aspects of a complex change agenda. Strong stakeholder management skills and influencing capabilities will be needed to partner with the local and global leadership teams to drive business expansion though robust workforce planning strategies. You will need to be commercially focused and strategic, with a hands-on approach. Diverse sector background would be ideal in terms of bringing an external perspective of best practices from other industries.
