The Role

The HR Director, Europe will be an integral member of the HR and operations leadership teams, acting as a trusted advisor and coach. This role’s critical aspects are to ensure the appropriate skill and volume of talent is attracted, retained, and engaged enabling employees to perform at the highest levels possible. Facilitating compliant and optimised HR operational support, promoting a strong workplace culture consistent with core values, providing strategic direction in concert with the overall workforce and business strategy and promoting development and capability within the HR function are also dynamics of this role.  

The Individual

Qualified candidates will have at least 15 years of experience, with international and broad exposure to European HR practices. They will have leadership experience working in a complex structure. They will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work on their own initiative.
