A pivotal, global Talent leadership role has cropped up. It requires excellent understanding of the intricacies and challenges of the worldwide consumer markets. This is very much a strategic opportunity in a fast-moving and sometimes chaotic environment. Success in leading Talent Management, D&I, L&D and employee engagement will be important. There is also great succession opportunity for those candidates with a business partnering background. Demanding stakeholders will require a sharp-thinker and strong communicator with commercial awareness and collaboration skills.
The appointment position will require at least 20 years’ of well-rounded, blended talent and generalist HR experience. This is an upgrade role so technical excellence and prior success in leading talent teams (both strategically and operationally) will be key. Strong executive presence is expected as is the malleability to work in a transforming environment.
