The Company

We are delighted to be working with a growing technology organisation headquartered in Singapore. They have a growing presence in Asia. With plans to double revenues over the next three to five years, they are looking to hire a HR Director at the group level to lead their Business partnering function.

The Role

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role is responsible for partnering with heads of departments to develop key strategies and objectives for their teams, ensuring that HR initiatives and programs are clearly aligned with business priorities.  

The Individual

You should be an experienced HR leader with at least 15 years or more of diverse generalist experience in global organisations of scale. Ideally with having worked in an organisation that has experienced rapid growth (one that is fast moving, high-paced and change-oriented). We are looking for someone who is a true people person and business partner, someone who is a seasoned leader, with the energy and passion to thrive in an evolving business.
