The Company

Our client is a major global brand operating within the healthcare sector. The company is keen to appoint am Executive Recruitment Lead for the APAC region, and is a critical role in the company’s long-term growth strategy.

The Role

Based in Singapore, and reporting to the Regional Head of TA, the Executive Recruitment Leader will support the Talent Acquisition community across all business units, focusing on senior executive hires. The role works alongside the country and global TA teams and has high impact and visibility. You will remotely manage a small team and be working closely with business leaders throughout the company to drive strong talent pipelining.  

The Individual

We are looking for someone with strong executive hiring experience, preferably both in-house and agency side. It is essential that you are a proactive and skilled communicator who can influence. You need to be strong in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration. A background in healthcare, FMCG, or multi-industries will be beneficial.
