The Company

Our client is a publicly listed Europe-headquartered retail organisation – an international, fast-growing business with footprints in more than 50 countries. As a result of recent acquisitions, the company is looking for a Global Head of Total Rewards to strengthen their total rewards programs and harmonise the benefits across the globe.

The Role

This position reports directly to the VP Total Rewards, Mobility, and HR Technology and will manage a team of global and regional experts directly and functionally. The initial focus will be on the new global job architecture and salary benchmarks and resulting grading and banding salary benchmarks. Following that will be STI/LTI programs and benefits packages. This role will also be partner with senior stakeholders and external vendors to drive the rewards framework that is relevant to the diverse workforce and high-performance culture.  

The Individual

You should possess a solid track record of designing and implementing successful total rewards programs in international and complex environments. You should also have a strong affinity for different HR technology and job architecture techniques, such as Mercer IPE. Attention to detail and data accuracy is crucial. You should also be adaptive in striving in a changing and growth environment with a hands-on approach.
