Inheriting an HR function that is still in a development phase itself, so will require a hands-on approach. Not supporting a huge client group, but still complex challenges. You will need to affect changes in a very sensitive manner to numerous long-tenured business leaders. As such you must have the maturity and change management experience to make this a success.
