The Role

Based in Shanghai, China, this role will be leading the Executive Recruitment team to support the organisation’s strategic growth across Greater China and the Asia Pacific region. The Head of Executive Recruitment, APAC will help to build an effective function and team, providing strong process management as well as proactive market intelligence. They will work closely with the wider HR community to strengthen the leadership bench within the company.  

The Individual

We are looking for an experienced HR professional familiar with the best practices of executive recruitment who understands how to manage key processes and influence stakeholders. They should also be a capable people leader experienced in building and leading an effective team and measuring success. Prior experience in retained search firms is highly desirable.
