The company culture is fast-paced, action-oriented and forward-thinking. Due to internal promotions, an opportunity for a Senior People & Culture Partner has arisen in Melbourne.
The Senior People and Culture (P&C) Partner will provide strategic, commercially-focused guidance on P&C matters and help implement the group’s people strategy in alignment with business unit strategies and plans. This role will collaborate with COEs, engage in strategic talent management, and work on strategic change management. The Senior People and Culture Partner also involves influencing and relationship management with C-suite level stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will be a senior HR executive with extensive HRBP experience in sophisticated, corporate environments such as ASX-listed or large, complex multinational companies. Excellent communication, relationship-building skills, strong intellect, aptitudes, and problem-solving capabilities are essential. The role is based in Melbourne, and applicants must be located in Australia and have legal rights to work there.
