The Role

Based in Singapore, this position will be the subject matter expert leading a small benefits team and will be responsible for rationalisation and optimisation of benefit programs. You will also partner with the APAC Total Rewards team to ensure that there is a holistic view and approach to benefit offerings. Additionally, this role will need to manage vendor relationships and monitor their performance and be involved in benefit program design work with the global team to ensure alignment to the Global Benefits Framework.  

The Individual

The individual should have deep experience with large-scale employee benefit plan programs development and delivery, preferably in the Technology industry. We are looking for someone who is a true people business partner with strong stakeholder management skills and demonstrated ability to thrive in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
