The Role
The Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) position could evolve into the role of Japan HR Head within six months. Initially, this position will encompass a wide spectrum of HR responsibilities, including supervision of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Development, performance assessments, management of global HR projects, and the enhancement of overall employee engagement within a fast-paced and intricately detailed work environment.
The Individual
While experience in the pharmaceutical industry would be preferred, it is not essential. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of ten years of experience working for a foreign organization as an HRBP or HR Manager. It is essential that you can independently execute tasks related to Talent Acquisition and Talent Development, and have a good understanding of Matrix organizations. You should also be fluent in business-level English for effective global communication. As a Senior HRBP, you must be able to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment and collaborate with others on all HR initiatives. This role may be suitable for an existing HR Director, as it will transition into an HR Head position within six months.
