The Role

The Korea Human Resources Director will report to the APAC Head of HR and will have the responsibility of creating and executing HR strategies that are in line with the company’s objectives. This person will be in charge of managing a group of 500 people and overseeing all HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, and HR operations.  

The Individual

The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of ten years of HR experience in the FMCG field, with a demonstrated record of leading and cultivating successful HR teams. They should also have a thorough comprehension of Korean labour laws and regulations, as well as strong business acumen. Superior communication and interpersonal abilities, as well as the capacity to work in tandem with cross-functional groups, are crucial.
