The Role
As a reliable business partner and change agent, this role will drive transformation as the company moves forward in its quest for an IPO and sustainable growth. This will be done through building robust global governance, organisational capabilities and ensuring the corporate brand is an employer of choice. As a senior member of global HR, this position is expected to lead talent development, organisation development, culture changes, and employee engagement to support business leaders and employees.
The Individual
You will have experience in leading and managing key HR initiatives and processes, including Corporate MVV (mission, vision and values) deployment, organisational reform, change management, performance management, succession planning, talent acquisition and onboarding, learning and development, pay and bonus review, labour union relations, employer branding, engagement surveys, and internal communication. You will be able to identify strengths and opportunities of organisational capabilities and company culture, advocate for new directions, engage stakeholders, and support mindset changes over the course of business transformation.
