We are delighted to be working with a global conglomerate with multiple business lines. They are a Fortune 500 company with over 100 years of history, and operate in more than 50 countries over the world.
Based in Shanghai, this role will be the Head of HR for the China business. You will be playing a critical leadership role within the organisation in continuously developing a first class HR team in China. The business is constantly undergoing significant changes and growth, so a true HR leader with strong business acumen and leadership capability is needed. It is also a highly matrixed organisation that requires someone with strong influencing and stakeholder management capability.
You should have proven track record with at least 15 years of broad HR experience across different industries. Experience in transformations and change management will be important, as well as strong business acumen. You need to be bi-lingual in Mandarin and English.
