We are pleased to be working with a well-known global MNC in the consumer space with presence in close to 200 countries worldwide. Having undergone a recent restructuring, the organisation is looking for a North Asia HR Head to drive ambitious growth targets for the region. This role will be based in Shanghai.
Reporting to the Global HR Head, you will be responsible for the end-to-end HR activities across the entire business. You will lead a small team but be able to leverage on a well-established centre of excellence. Because the incumbent has been promoted and now has a broader remit, this is a replacement role focusing on ensuring that the internal customers receive the expected value from HR.
As this is an extremely fast-paced, commercial and demanding environment, we are looking for high energy and dynamic individuals. With deep HR generalist skillset, you must also be strong on Employee Relations and talent strategy as well as being a capable and international HR Leader who is able to have tough conversations with a tricky senior management team. It is critical that you are highly familiar with a global matrix environment and have strong stakeholder management skills. Ideally, you would have exposure to other global consumer brands.
