We are delighted to work with a new client in the manufacturing space. The organisation has around 1,000 people in Korea and is a highly matrixed organisation with six business units. We are helping the organisation to recruit a Country Head of COE who will be the successor to the Korea Head of HR.
Reporting to the Korea Head of HR, the incumbent should be an well-rounded HR generalist with experience in Talent Management, Learning and Development, Employee Engagement, Reward and Union Management. The role will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. Also, you will lead Talent, C&B as well as Employee Relations teams.
We are looking for someone with around 15 to 20 years of work experience. You should come from an MNC background with experience in the talent and employee relations space. The role will be the successor to the Head of HR, and so you should demonstrate your potential to take on a bigger role in the future.
