A key need has arisen to hire a dynamic Director of Talent Acquisition. This is a new role within the organization and necessary due to the level of high growth it continues to experience. We are looking for a high-potential individual who brings a well-rounded and in-depth understanding of volume recruiting and talent acquisition. There will be a large focus on developing strategy, processes and procedures to attract talent with a focus in the area of hiring hourly talent. The Director of Talent Acquisition will partner with key stakeholders and be responsible for creating the road map on how to find, attract and hire talent that aligns with the overall goals and objectives of the business. This individual will manage the recruiting process and provide support to a team of seven recruiters as they work towards identifying talent that continues the cultivation of the company’s culture and most prized asset – the employees. We are seeking an experienced leader in Talent Acquisition with a minimum of seven progressive years of experience managing high-performing teams. Specific domain knowledge of recruiting best practices, metrics and sourcing for hourly talent. Qualified candidates will be nimble and agile, have the ability to influence people and have a passion for developing new strategies. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary in this role, as is proven track record of success and accomplishments. He/she will have the ability to work as a team member but also possess skills to work independently to reach objectives. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
