As a result, they are looking for a seasoned HRD to run their Germany operations.

The Role

Based in Hamburg, you will be a key member of the EMEA HR team and responsible for managing all HR operations within Germany. Acting as a business partner, you’ll be providing functional support for HR strategy including but not limited to recruitment, talent management, and employee relations processes. As HRD Germany, you will contribute to formulation of the group business strategy and achievement of wider company goals.  

The Individual

We are looking for a strong HR Generalist who has experience working in a matrixed multinational FMCG or manufacturing environment. You will need a solid understanding of German labor laws, workers council requirements etc, as well as fluency in German. Proven ability in talent strategy and strong business partnering skills are needed to be successful in this role.
