This role is a HR Generalist role and will support the Commercial office in Thailand. You will contribute to shaping the people strategy and partner with Commercial leaders to deliver people priorities aligned with business direction. This role will report directly to the Country GM and the HRD APAC based in Singapore and will manage HR operations, analytics, organisational design, planning and strategic projects.
The successful role-holder should have excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills. They need to have advanced interpersonal skills to influence and guide all levels of employees and they will manage four direct reports. They will need to have gravitas while remaining humble and be prepared to roll up their sleeves when needed. The successful role-holder should have a Bachelor’s degree or higher with a minimum 12 years relevant experience in a highly collaborative, diverse and matrix environment.
