We are pleased to be partnering closely with a well-known Italian FMCG business with a rich heritage and a number of household brands. With a growing presence in Asia Pacific (excluding China and India), Singapore has taken the lead as the regional hub. With a major growth phase planned, we are looking for an Southeast Asia HR Business Lead to be based in Singapore as the organisation restructures.
Reporting to the Southeast Asia HR Head, this is a new and critical role as the organisation looks to upgrade and improve their HR practices. Operating in both a strategic and hands-on capacity, you will focus on developing and implementing progressive people and organisational effectiveness strategies in supporting the business and its continued growth.
Ideally, you should have in-depth Southeast Asia knowledge, coupled with significant exposure to the best HR practices and methodologies in other well-regarded MNCs. You will be a proven HRBP who is able to both advise and challenge the business. As such, you must possess strong communication and influencing skills. This is an individual contributor role so you must be comfortable working through people. We are looking for a proactive self-starter who can operate strategically, but also flex into implementation.
