We are pleased to be partnering with a global industrial organisation, searching for a Senior Director HRBP covering global manufacturing operations, to be based in Singapore. This organisation operates in over 20 countries around the world, with over 5,000 employees globally. They are entering an extraordinary phase of expansion with plans to add greenfield manufacturing sites to complement existing facilities and operations. This business is in one of the most sought-after global sectors with significant investment they are responding to urgent and unprecedented demand for their products across the world.
This is a strategic business partner position leading the Global Operations function including the Regional HR Leaders for manufacturing and their operational teams on site. The role is focused on a transformational talent and productivity agenda designed to recruit, develop and retain talent in the business to optimise productivity and results. This role involves developing and executing best practices to promote employee engagement and to enable a high performing workforce to contribute to the company’s strategic growth. Also, key is to provide proactive and strategic guidance and support for organisational planning and development initiatives that align the people agenda in support of key business strategies and initiatives.
We are looking for an experienced HR leaders with a proven track record of effectively partnering with senior leaders in the manufacturing industry. They must demonstrate experience partnering with businesses during a period of transformation or growth which have required the development and implementation of strategic talent plans to enable growth. Global experience with an international mindset will be required. South East Asia and the Americas are particularly important locations for assembly and manufacturing. The business is global and an appreciation for commercial functions across the world will be utilised. You will be a self-starter who is highly self-motivated, resilient, and tenacious with a good track record in change and team management. Your success will depend on your ability to educate, influence and bring your business, HR stakeholders and employees on board this transformation journey.
