The organisation is looking an HR Director Operations, to be based either in Berlin, Germany or in Paris, France. The role will be a central point of contact and HR leader in the organisation. It will further shape and strengthen the employee journey – including onboarding, further digitisation of processes, improving performance management, building relationships with works council and other areas.
You should possess a proven track record of effectively building and managing HR processes and the fast-paced technology environment. Experience with talent operations, digital HR transformation, introduction of tools and systems coupled with experience in labour relations is essential. Change management and growth mindset, hands-on capabilities are important for success. Depending on location, German or French language fluency will be imperative.
