The Role

Reporting to the APAC Head of HR, this Hong Kong-based Regional Talent Acquisition and Engagement role will lead a small team in heading up the TA function across volume hiring, executive recruitment and employer branding. Your remit is to enable this rapidly growing business across the region, especially in the China market.  

The Individual

This exciting role requires a strong Talent Acquisition professional with good leadership skills to develop the team. You will bring strong strategic thinking and planning to the role, combined with a hands-on approach in its delivery. It is critical that you have proven expertise in the employer branding and employee engagement space. Previous working experience in the luxury retail industry is preferred but not a must.
