The Company

Our client is a global market leader in the pharmaceutical sector with headquarters in the US and a strong presence across the EMEA region. Due to recent growth and restructuring the need has arisen to recruit a high calibre Talent Management professional to join the regional team, based in Greater London. Reporting into the Global Head of Talent, this critical role offers the exciting opportunity to play a key part in driving the regional Talent Management strategy for this fast paced and results driven company.

The Role

You will partner closely with the Regional Heads of Business and HR Business Partners to understand and advise on end-end talent needs across the business, covering the full suite of Talent including Succession Planning, Performance Management, Employee Engagement and Leadership Development. Talent Acquisition will also be part of your remit, enabling you to work with your global colleagues to implement the global Talent strategy and support in the recruitment of key senior positions. The role will require you to operate and contribute at a strategic level as well as be hands-on and practical in driving the local agenda, for example facilitating and delivering programs.  

The Individual

A strong depth of experience in Talent Management gained in a fast paced, global and demanding business. FMCG, Pharma or Tech sector experience is advantageous. Exceptional communication skills and proven experience advising and influencing senior stakeholders on their Talent program with the gravitas to challenge and push back when required. Highly collaborative, able to work in a fluid environment, navigating complexities and building relationships across multiple platforms.
