This 5,000+ employee, multi-billion-dollar revenue organization, has enjoyed significant growth over the past few years increasing market share and employee population. The business provides specialized services to its global client base located on every major continent. Our client is amid an HR transformation that will elevate the overall impact of HR on employee engagement and business objectives. The Regional Human Resources Director, Americas will partner with global leadership to play a key role in the strategic development and implementation of projects as part of this ongoing initiative.

The Role

The Regional Human Resources Director, Americas will report to, and partner with, the Chief Human Resources Officer. It will also serve as the lead HR Business Partner to senior business leaders across the region. This role will be responsible for a broad HR leadership portfolio, including driving projects and change management, within a very collaborative, global matrix structure. The Regional Human Resources Director, Americas will serve as an extension of global HR leadership within the Americas and partner globally to maximize HR impact within a lean environment. They will lead a team of seven HR professionals, who are geographically dispersed across North and South America, equipping this team with the necessary skills to boost the growth of the organization.
