We are assisting them in their search for a Group Head of Total Rewards to be based in Hong Kong.
The strategic COE role is based in Hong Kong and reports directly to the Chief HR Officer. The Group Head of Total Rewards will be responsible for leading all aspects of C&B at the group level. This is a crucial business partnering role that plays a vital part in ensuring the sustainability of the company’s current and future workforce. The successful candidate will implement and measure a total rewards framework that aligns completely with the overall business needs and growth strategy. Furthermore, they will work closely with business leaders, country HR teams, HR business partners, and COEs to improve, harmonize and leverage existing policies, positioning the company as an employer of choice.
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should be a thought leader in their field and possess the necessary influence to effectively work with C-suite executives. They should also prioritize understanding and validating the existing culture through a sensitive change management strategy. The individual should be self-motivated, engaging, resourceful, and resilient to excel in this position. Fluency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is a must due to the large employee population across the Greater China region.
