We are working with a global consumer goods organisation currently going through vast change and transformation. With over 80,000 employees globally, this organisation are at the forefront of their sector, driving innovation as a business, and within HR. We are searching for a Head of HR for the United Kingdom, to be based in London.
Reporting to the Head of HR for Europe, this role will be a close business partner to the Managing Director of the UK and Ireland organisation. You will be critical in the defining and implementation of the people agenda and matching this with business objectives. Leading a team of HR professionals, this role will be significant to the success of an ambitious market.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong stakeholder management skills, a diverse approach, an analytical mindset and be able to work under pressure. Being strategic but hands on will also be critical. Our client is looking for individuals who have experience across OD, change management, leadership development, culture change and people who have worked closely with leadership teams and C level executives with the ability to influence.
