The Company

We have partnered with a top-tier multinational high-tech company that operates in the Life Science sector. As the company is expanding and modernising its business, it is seeking an HR Lead for the EMEA region. The company has a vast presence in the region, with a predominant focus on sales.

The Role

This position oversees all HR operations in the EMEA region and reports to the CHRO. The future HR Lead EMEA will be a member of the Global HR Leadership Team and will be responsible for the Nordics, BENELUX, and DACH Region. The Human Resources Lead, EMEA, will provide support and guidance to both the leadership and employees in order to transform the people function into a more modern, people-focused, and digital HR organisation. One of the key focus areas of this role is HR leadership for regional M&A and post-merger integration.  

The Individual

Ideal candidates must have a minimum of ten years of experience in a senior business partnering role. They should possess a strong grasp of the fundamentals of HR, as well as operational and strategic HR skills. Additionally, they should have experience leading HR in a sales organisation. Having experience in partnering with stakeholders in the US will also be considered as an advantage.
