The Organisational Development (OD) Lead reports to the Head of Employee Experience and is focused on the alignment of people strategy, organisation culture, and the experiences of people across Europe and Canada. The OD Lead considers external trends alongside internal best practices and innovation to drive strategic behavioural and process change across the organisation, improving organisational performance and engagement.
You will know how to partner with COE and HR Leadership Teams in developing and tracking execution of the people strategy and specific goals, ensuring alignment with organisation priorities and global guidelines. You will be able to translate the organisation’s needs into strategic and operational plans by establishing roadmaps, key tasks, metrics and performance tracking to showcase outcomes. You will lead learning, development, talent management and any other key processes to identify and address experience related gaps to ensure the organisation is prepared to meet employee expectations. You will work with HR Business Partners and business leaders to execute on action plans to improve employee engagement. You will support organisational development initiatives such as coaching, team development, change management and/or organisational design. You will effectively assess, diagnose, and recommend solutions to mitigate and resolve organisational, team, individual problems and risks. You will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field with a minimum of 10 years progressive experience in organisational development in fast-paced, matrixed environments. You will have experience working with/applying best practices as a foundation to building talent management strategies, organisational, team and individual interventions.
