We are working with a large global FMCG employing more than 100,000 employees worldwide. They currently operate in more than 100 countries and regions with their R&D, manufacturing, wholesale, and retail.
The Senior HR Business Partner collaborates with key stakeholders to develop and implement HR plans and solutions aimed at achieving strategic business initiatives and delivering results. Their responsibilities encompass workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment. Additionally, the Senior HR Business Partner is responsible for performance and compensation management, as well as talent management. They will collaborate with COE and be accountable for organisational design, employee development initiatives, and training.
We are seeking an individual with at least 12 years experience in progressively responsible HR roles in multinational companies. The individual is expected to demonstrate high maturity and strong leadership skills, with experience in managing multiple stakeholders. Proficiency in English is a must.
